STORY: Shivangi (Meera Chopra), a London-based princess from a Rajasthani royal family, goes home to find an exorcist. Her husband is not keeping well and she believes that his body has been possessed by an evil spirit. The only man who can save her is her ex-lover, Jai (Sharman Joshi). He is a shepherd-turned-exorcist. What happens next forms the crux of the story.

CRITICAL ANALYSIS: Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt, who earlier directed hit film 1920, has written the script for the sequel titled 1920 London. Tinu Suresh Desai has directed the film. But since there is nothing new in the story, he fails to make a taut and blood curdling film. Sharman Joshi, Meera Chopra and Vishal Karwal play the lead roles in the film, but except Sharman Joshi, none of the actor has delivered a performance that can be marked above average. Sharman does well but his role is handicapped by a weak character conceived by the writer. Horror films generally have good music, but 1920 London fails in that department also. In short, the film fails to send chills down your spine.

TRADE ANALYSIS: Films which fall under the genre of horror need good publicity to draw the audience to theaters. But 1920 London has been low on publicity front, which means it will be very difficult for the film to survive unless word of mouth publicity turns out to be good, which seems near to impossible.

At the box office, the film takes a slow start.
