*AN UNUSUAL TIME TABLE AT 75 PLUS

His day still starts at 5:30 am if he sleeps at all (he suffers from amnesia). He performs a short puja  at the temple at “Prateeksha” , the first house he bought 35 years ago for a mere seven lakhs(It is the place where he spends most of his nights , while the whole family sleeps at “Jalsa”. He then rushes to the gym at J.W. Mariott hotel close to his house or any other gym in any other country or city he is in.
He comes back to “Prateeksha” where he has his breakfast and reads as many news papers as he can and goes to “Jalsa” and has a quick meeting with his ever so efficient manager Rosy Singh who gives him an idea of his day’s assignments. He still shoots for eighteen to twenty hours in a day on his two under production films , “Thugs of Hindostaan” with Aamir Khan and “102 Not Out” and the countless ad films and films based on social awareness and films made on the development programmes for the country.

He finds time to go through scripts which are first gone through by an in-house panel and then sent to him and takes a decision  on whether he would do the film or not. He has finalised five new scripts for films which will go on the floors in the coming years and looking at the scene, it seems like he will be busy for at least till he is eighty or may be more.

He makes it a point to attend as many important social and cultural activities not only in Mumbai ,but any where in the world. He once used to travel in supersonic jets to keep up with time, he has comparatively slowed  down , but his speed of travelling with time is better than that of any of the youngers star of today.

And if there is one thing he is very regular with , it is his writing his blog and handling his Twitter and Facebook.
And in spite of his very tight schedule , he finds time to spend with his family and especially with his daughter Shweta who he takes on long rides in his latest cars and his grand daughters Navya Navelly and Aaradhya.

He is one man who can manage time , but ask him if he will write his autobiography , he says a big “No” as he asks “where is the time or the inclination to sit down and write?”
